Updates on the UPSC CSE Prelims Exam 2021: The Civil Services Examination (CSE) preliminary exam was held by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The exam was originally scheduled for June 29, but was postponed due to the country’s second COVID-19 pandemic./UPSC cutoff 2021/
The morning shift paper was balanced, according to aspirants. Unlike the previous two years, over 20 historical questions were asked. The majority of the questions dealt with modern history, art, and culture. The UPSC IAS prelims result 2021 will be released tentatively on October 29, 2021. Candidates who pass the UPSC IAS 2021 preliminary exam will be eligible to take the UPSC IAS main exam.
When is mains to be held?
The UPSC IAS main 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on January 7, 8, 9, 15, and 16, 2022, according to the UPSC IAS exam dates 2021. Cut-off for UPSC CSE Prelims 2021
As you are all aware, the exam for Paper 1 (General Studies) was held in the morning 1st Shift (09:30 – 11:30 a.m.), and the exam for CSAT Paper 2 was held from 02:30 – 4:30 p.m. This exam was written by approximately 5 lakh candidates who had completed the online registration process. The UPSC CSE Prelims cutoff marks will be calculated using the GS Paper 1 results. The CSAT paper 2 is only for qualifying purposes, as you are all aware. In the paper-II, you must achieve a minimum score of 33%.
