The Eurasian Economic Forum is a business and political elite forum held annually in the island of Saint Petersburg, Russia, with the participation of government officials and leading representatives of business from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries. The main topics are focused on dialogue partners’ strategic long-term partnership interests, the development of the Eurasian economy, and integration processes. Approximately 1,300 delegates attend the Forum from over 100 countries worldwide.
The EEF is an annually held international business conference in the field of economic and inter-regional cooperation. The Forum started up in 2001 and enjoys the status of a new platform for the Asia-Pacific business community, political leaders, and expert organizations to discuss the key issues concerning Eurasian Countries’ economic development, and to generate vital ideas to enhance regional economic integration based on the market economy.
