DARBHANGA: Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday accused Prime Minister Modi of going again on his promise to supply employment to the youth within the Champaran area of Bihar.

“The Congress doesn’t know the way to lie like Modi,” Rahul remarked sarcastically at public rallies in Balmikinagar (West Champaran) and Darbhanga amid the primary section of polling in 71 different constituencies.
