The registration process for the National Eligibility Test December 2020 Cycle (May 2021) is concluding today, March 02, by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The UGC NET May 2021 application forms are available on the official website i.e. ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

Starting Date for Registration of Online Application: February 02, 2021
Last Date for Registration of Online Application: March 02, 2021
Last Date for Submission of Application Fee: March 03, 2021, at 11.50 PM
Correction Online Application Form: March 05 to 09, 2021
CBT Exam Date: May 02 to 17, 2021

UGC NET 2021 Eligibility Criteria: 

Candidate should pass/ Appeared Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination with at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of OBC falling in Non Creamy layer/ SC/ ST/ PwD category candidates).   

UGC NET May 2021 – Application Fee: 

Pay the Examination Fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking/ SBI Collect/ SBI E Challan submit fee in any SBI Branch.
For Gen: 1000/-
For OBC-NCL: 500/-
For SC/ ST/ PwD/ Transgender: 250/-
 

UGC-NET May 2021: Simple Steps to Apply
 

Step 1: Visit NTA UGC NET website at ugcnet.nta.nic.in and csirnet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Candidates are advised to check detailed eligibility criteria and other details

Step 3: Click on the application link and complete the application form.

Step 4: Upload the scanned copy of photograph and signature

Step 5: Submit the application fee in the online mode

Step 6: Cross-check the UGC NET 2020 Application form and finally submit the application

Step 7: Candidates will be required to keep the print out of the application form and payment receipt for future reference.
