PANAJI: Faculties for Lessons 10 and 12 in Goa reopened on Saturday after being shut for practically eight months as a result of COVID-19 pandemic, officers stated.

The federal government had determined to permit the colleges to reopen from November 21 onwards for Lessons 10 and 12 within the preliminary part.

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, who additionally holds the schooling portfolio, had introduced on November four that each one the COVID-19 security protocols must be adopted by these establishments.

Speaking to PTI, a senior official of the state schooling division stated, “Faculties in Goa reopened on Saturday morning for Lessons 10 and 12. The colleges are adopting all the mandatory SOPs to make sure that the school rooms are secure.
