NEW DELHI: The CBI has booked Moyukh Bhaduri, former CMD, Hindustan Steelworks Building Ltd for allegedly demanding Rs one crore bribe to award tender for development of Commerce Facilitation Heart and Crafts Museum in Varanasi, officers mentioned on Sunday.
That is the second case in opposition to Bhaduri.
It’s alleged that Bhaduri entered in a legal conspiracy with Anant Saxena of Zillion Infra, who on the previous’s behalf demanded Rs one crore from N Krishna Rao and V Ajay Kumar of Vijay Nirman co Ltd for giving contract for the development of the commerce middle at Varanasi, they mentioned.
“N Krishna Rao and V Ajay Kumar organized the primary installment i.e. Rs 50 lacs from one M/s. Madhuri Constructions, Hyderabad, and delivered it to Anant Saxena within the financial institution account of his agency M/s Zillion Infra Tasks Pvt. Ltd. from checking account of M/s Madhuri Building, Hyderabad, on Might 28, 2015, by RTGS.
Enquiry has additional revealed that the mentioned quantity acquired by Anant Saxena was additional diverted to Dhiraj Kanchal, a non-public individual,” the CBI FIR has alleged.
